Body Composition Analysis and Health Check
A comprehensive health check analysing Blood Pressure, Height and Weight measurement, Body fat Percentage, Lean Tissue Percentage, current lifestyle situation and health problems.
Skype Calls 30 Minute Sessions
A personal private skype or phonecall session that can be used to create either a checkup system of coaching or to provide a motivational platform to ensure you never feel on your own outside of the 121 personal training sessions.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching 121 Session
A specifically tailored coaching session that analyses the physical and psychological barriers to you creating change in your nutrition and lifestyle and agrees detailed steps going forward in order overcome these barriers.
